Our powerlifting program is for all shapes and sizes and experience levels. Learn to squat, bench press, and deadlift using the correct powerlifting form, or, for more seasoned athletes, improve your maximum lifts with our experienced teachers.
Whether you’re working towards competition powerlifting goals or interested in learning the basics of weightlifting, our gym members follow a structured program taught by competent and highly skilled coaches.
Unlike other gyms, we don’t lock you into long or unbreakable contracts. We want to make sure your fitness journey is in your hands.
Our facility has a dedicated powerlifting area with two squat rigs, a powerlifting platform, and various other equipment.
Each class is run by experienced coaches that teach proper lifting technique as well as offering 1×1 coaching and scaling assistance.
Do you have your basic squat, bench press, and deadlift form, but could use assistance to improve your technique? Are you training to be a competitive powerlifting athlete? RK512 holds powerlifting classes 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 6pm to 8pm. The program is structured for individuals to come in and complete the WOD between these times under the direction of the coach.
